JOB DETAIL

-Plan accounting and financial tasks.
-Inspect the company's accounting entries to ensure compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards.
-Control and oversee all accounting operations.
-Control and review financial and accounting reports.
-Prepare monthly financial statements and report to management.
-Control the preparation of the company's budget and monitor its adherence to the planned budget.
-Management of Investment Promotion Activities from BOI
-Register as a CPD accountant.
-Close the financial statements for the month and for the year.
-Close financial work and submit to the DBD.
-Control and monitor the accounting system using ERP accounting software in accordance with accounting standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Advanced Degree (Optional): A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's in Accounting can be advantageous.
Work Experience: Typically, 5-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Manufacturing Experience: Specific experience in manufacturing accounting is crucial. This includes familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, and production processes.
Cost Accounting: Expertise in cost accounting principles and practices.
Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and make strategic recommendations.
ERP Systems: Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems commonly used in manufacturing (eg, SAP, Oracle).
GAAP/IFRS: Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage and interpret complex data.
Effective team management and leadership skills to oversee accounting staff.
