JOB DETAIL

1. Input Purchase Contract and Sales Contract to SAP System
2. Coordinate with Supplier & Customer for Delivery/Shipment
3. Input Purchase/Sales Transaction to SAP System
4. Arrange Payment Voucher/Collection Voucher
5. Follow up payment from Customer
6. Participate in Supplier Meeting or Customer Meeting if necessary
7. Make Sales Summary Report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 23-25 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. At least 1 year with direct experience as Sales Support, Sales Coordinator (If have experience working in Steel Trading business is an advantage).
4. Able to use SAP.
5. Lower Intermediate level of English (Able to process documents & e-mail in English).
