■Training and OJT Development: Designing and implementing practical training and OJT programs tailored to various roles within the operations department.
■Leadership and Coaching: Lead Coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
■Performance Management: Linking training outcomes to clear performance benchmarks, promoting employee growth and advancement.
■Change Management: Implement and gain buy-in for new training initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent application across the organization.
■Strategic Talent Development: Aligning training initiatives with the department’s goals, ensuring the retention and advancement of talent.
■Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with store managers and area managers to ensure consistent training implementation and support across all locations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Male or Female, Bachelor's degree in any field
・5 years experience as Training Staff
・Work as Assistant Manager level or above
・Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring
・Microsoft Office Skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・English Intermediate Level
