JOB DETAIL
Recruitment and Onboarding at Rayong Staff
• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring created job, job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues, mediating disputes, and conducting investigations.
• Promote a positive work environment and company culture through various HR initiatives.
• Monitor company rule and regulation, investigate the employee
Performance Management:
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
• Help develop and track performance improvement plans when necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Assist in the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and compensation programs summarize detail send to HRBKK
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
Training and Development:
• Identify and address training needs across departments.
• Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
HR Policy and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in the review and update of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and ensure the maintenance of proper documentation.
• Control Working hour and OT Not exceeding the legal limit.
HR Systems and Reporting
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
• Prepare and analyze HR reports turnover, and other KPIs.
Employee Engagement and Retention
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluet English (Reading, Communicate and Listening)
• Able to drive will be advantage
