- Collaborate with C-level executives to identify business challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for business and digital transformation.
- Lead teams in delivering end-to-end services, from strategy formulation to execution support.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during transformations.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide data-driven insights for clients.
- Participate in both local and international projects, leveraging the company’s global reach and resources.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience, preferably in Business Transformation or Business Process Improvement.
- Proven leadership experience as a team or project leader.
- Expertise in a specific function, industry, or service area is highly preferred.
- Business level in Thai and English, with business-level proficiency. Knowledge of Japanese or other languages is a plus.
