■As Machining Specialist, supervise production process to follow as planned.
・Scheduling Production Plan
・Checking/Following Production Status
・Manage if there has any problem/trouble
・Manage 3 subordinates
・Support production as Engineer
*Other person will teach how to use machine for production

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Male/Female. Age between 28-38 years old.
・Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering field.
・At least 3 years of work experience as Machining staff
・Ever work as Leader/Supervisor level, with experience of managing subordinates
・Intermediate Level of English

■Better to Have
・Knowledge about Motor, or Engine
・Japanese language skill(Optional)
