JOB DETAIL

■Porpose：Work as a leader, responsible for the work in the part of the assembly and control the work site effectively in order for the work plan to be carried out effectively according with the company's policy and work orders of the factory manager.

■As Assembly Specialist,
・Supervise production to be in accordance with the plan.
・Manage QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery)
・Manage 4M (Material, Man, Machine and Method)
・Promote 5S activities in the workspace.
・Wear safety equipment attend security training and take care of safety in the use of protective equipment
・Reduce the use of consumables in the factory

■As Supervisor,
・Manage subordinate's work. Provide support/education
・Analyze the problem and propose a solution plan as a leader
・Manage the environment so that employees can work conveniently.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Male/Female. Age between 30-38 years old.
・Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering field.
・At least 3 years of work experience as Assembly staff
・Ever work as Leader/Supervisor level, with experience of managing subordinates
・Intermediate Level of English

■Better to Have
・Knowledge about Motor, or Engine
・Japanese language skill(Optional)
