1.Management and Strategic Support
- Act as lead counsel for legal and compliance, advising RHO-T senior management on business practices and corporate strategies.
- Participate in management meetings to discuss legal matters and manage legal disputes, including budget and external counsel strategy.
2. Legal Support
-Provide proactive legal services, focusing on contract review, negotiation, and strategic advice on issues such as HR, finance, and data protection.
- Review marketing materials for legal compliance and enhance contract review processes through automation.
3.Compliance Support
- Develop and implement compliance policies for Bridgestone Group Companies in Thailand and manage the whistleblowing system.
4. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Support the ERM program and assist in implementing the global ERM tool and BCM components.
5. General Support
- Offer general assistance for legal and compliance matters as needed by the Head of Legal & Compliance SEA Cluster or the BSCAPIC legal team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department of an MNC.
- Excellent academic record from a recognized law school.
Substantial experience in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing commercial contracts and transactions.
- Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills; superior analytical ability and commercial background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a time-pressured environment.
- Proficiency in developing process-driven solutions to recurring issues.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, and/or any South-East Asian language being advantageous but not essential.
