JOB DETAIL
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering and distributing new supplies as needed.
- Oversee office related contracts i.e., Car lease, Office lease, Office Insurance, staffs’ insurance, suppliers’ contracts, etc.
- Serve as primary liaison between company and Office Building
- Make travel arrangement both for expats and staffs i.e., visa, accommodation, air-tickets, rental car.
- Keep records and update company assets
- Issue company Memo & Management instructions
- Handle expats and staffs’ claims; travel allowance, transportation, etc.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
- Prepare Admin. monthly report
- Handling VISA & Work Permit for expats (BOI)
- Staff’s recruitment
- New staffs’ onboarding
- Record employee’s attendance and leave
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female only (Thai Nationality)
- Age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience 3 years in admin or HR
- Experience in handling VISA/WP
- Good English & good verbal and written communication skills.
