JOB DETAIL

1. Main Division Reporting to: Managing Director
-Functional guidance to: Sales & Operation Department
2. Functional Roles & Responsibilities
-Views and creates HR Compliance as a form of a business partnership with our local legal counsels.
-Complies with country and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing corporate and HR adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
-Responsible and Drive Performance Measurement (PM) Cycle quarterly with Head of Department.
-Responsible for enforcement of HR / ISO / corporate policy standards and regulations.
-Creates, revises procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues ensure compliance to Group Policies.
-Ensures corporate Ethic, Code of Conduct Compliance and functionality within HR functions - payroll, recruitment and selection, Learning & Development, Performance Management.
-Responsible for day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
-Recruitment / New Hire Process such as participating in recruitment efforts, posting job ads, scheduling interviews.
-Experiences in Corporate Secretarial work such as corporate filing, submission &
documentation.
-Generates monthly payroll, submission and processing of social security, taxes submission of all employees in Thailand monthly and yearly and any related taxes in accordance to local regulation.
-Involves in Management business trip arrangement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female only, age not over 45 years old.
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration
-6 - 8 years of HR Experience in MNC environment.
-Good English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
-Familiar working with different forms of Reward & Compensations models
-Experiences in assisting senior management, MD/GM.
