• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets within the Malaysian market.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with key accounts, focusing on the packaging and shrinkable solutions industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 35-45 years old.
• Thai or Malaysian nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the packaging and shrinkable solutions industry.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong understanding of the packaging industry, particularly shrinkable solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
