JOB DETAIL

Manage all kinds Freight, Customs Clearance and Cross Border Trucking from/to Thailand.
Co-ordinate with intercompany Freight functions.
• Lead Freight Team TH for continuous improvement by operational process flow,(shipping/customs)documentation requirements, transit times, costing and selling price.
• Oversea and co-ordinate with various departments to meet customer’s requirement.
• Constant review of procession and operation with the objective of improving work flow and raising the level of customer’s satisfaction.
• Provide all kind Import&Export Sea&Air Freight and local charges of Door service and Multiple options and providers to be suggested for all over the world.
• Provide all kind Import&Export road freights (ie Myanmar/Laos/Cambodia/Malaysia/China/Singapore) and local charges of Door service and multi modal hubs and providers to be suggested for Indo-China areas.
• Provide all kind Import&Export Sea&Air freight and local charges of Door service and Multiple options for the rest of other Asia areas(ie Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Japan, Australia).
• Train and monitor Freight team.
• Recognize and resolve problems, inspire organizational co-operation ,and develop the means to achieve organizational goals on a prompt and efficient basis.
• Atten to claim&complaints if any.
• Ensure accurate &on time billing.
• Contribute to wards the over all growth of the company, either directly or indirectly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business Management or a related field
• Minimum 4-7 years’ experience in Import and Export with freight forwarder connection.
• Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and commitment to work for higher achievement
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, good command in English
