・Sales assistant to a Japanese sales director

Decorative laminates: Decorative boards used for interior and exterior finishes.
Adhesives: Various adhesives for residential and industrial applications.
Building materials: Construction materials for homes, commercial facilities, and healthcare facilities.
Specialty materials: High-performance materials for electronic devices and automobiles.

【Job Description】
・Sales support for the Sales Director
・Handling sales activities with overseas customers (mainly in ASEAN), including obtaining inquiries, submitting quotations, receiving orders, and confirming delivery schedules
・Managing customer service tasks, such as handling complaints and adjusting delivery schedules
・Coordinating with group companies (factories) to confirm response availability to inquiries, placing orders, adjusting delivery schedules, issuing shipment instructions, and handling complaints
・Creating and updating sales records
・Managing order processing
・Attending meetings alongside the Japanese sales representative
・Other assigned tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 26 - 32 years old
・More than 4 years of Sales Assistant / Customer Service work experience
・Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 750 UP)
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・Work experience in Japanese companies
・Can speak Japanese
・Experience working in the construction, building and building materials industry
・Experience in import/export trade and logistics
