- Establish strategies, goals, and policies for sustainability operations aligned with international standards and business objectives.
- Develop a sustainability framework, including systems, tools, and indicators, while promoting understanding and collaboration with relevant agencies for implementation.
- Supervise and manage operations in accordance with sustainability policies and internationally recognized indices, influencing the organization’s business practices.
- Oversee and track implementation of EIA measures in collaboration with factories, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Monitor and report on overall project progress and initial implementation of sub-projects, proposing transparent disclosures to the Board of Directors for stakeholders and supporting audits per international standards.
- Develop an ESG sustainability database and information disclosure system to keep stakeholders informed of the Group's sustainability activities.
- Represent the organization in coordinating with government and external agencies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (age between 35- 45 years old )
- Bachelor's Degree in Field of Study: Environmental Science, Community Development, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Environmental experience 7 years or more (preferably in food Manufacuring)
- Experience in greenhouse gas reduction activities Sustainability or ESG
- Good command in English
