JOB DETAIL

• Reports to EMS Segment Manager
• Handle Key customers enquiry and process quotation in system
• Process Key customers’ orders, plan, schedule deliveries and prepare shipping documentation.
• Develop assigned Key customers and increase market share by applying value selling and promoting/ selling our products including proposed Key Smart Solution services to customers.
• Manage and review the sales figure and sales margin monthly
• Manage & review the account receivable (AR) and inventory status in monthly basis
• Attend to Key customer enquiries/complaints/feedback and liaise with other departments for follow up.
• Plan & prepare purchase requisition to Purchasing/Procurement.
• Ensure all risk buys are authorized by management.
• Ensure on time deliveries to customers.
• Expedite Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing for inward deliveries from suppliers.
• Liaise with Store for outgoing deliveries to customers.
• Play an active role in customer retention program.
• Follow up with Procurement/Purchasing for First Article samples.
• Liaise with QA dept. for First Article report or Engineering document required from Key Customers.
• Follow up with Key Customers for First Article samples approval.
• Provide the Sales report or present to the management when we require.
• Maintain and provide effective communication and a good relationship by co-ordination between existing customers and internal organization.
• Deliver jobs on time as a commitment (Very important).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 27-38 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevance Engineering or Science / Technical /Sales & Marketing/Manufacturing or other relate field can be considering
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales & Customer service functional area (in Electronics Industrial would be more preferred). Experience in the related Fastener industry would be an advantage.
• Able to do oversea conference or oversea online meetings
• Own a car and driving license
• Good communication & strategic planning & project management and presentation skills
• Be passionate to grow the sales, Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Intermediate level of English
