- Coordinate with PM and handle for core company's products.
- Understand business perspectives, user requirements, and key performance output variables which are related to the assigned projects.
- Actively engage in the strategic plan and process improvements operational procedure.
- Identify business priorities and develop operational program for implementation.
- Manage and facilitate across functional teams to identify business process improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business users to understand the market, customers, and current usage and business in order to make sound decisions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
- At least 3-5 Years of experience in Business Analyst.
- Possess ability to analyze problems; identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT team.
- English is in communication level.
- Can communicate in Chinese.
