JOB DETAIL

- Issue invoices/quotations with a calculator and send to international client and suppliers.
- Assist sales activity such as documentation and booking drivers
- Communicate with Japanese HQ and other international branch in Japanese to share Thailand sell out situation
- Coordinate between suppliers and clients in terms of clarifying order detail

Japanese Precious Metal Trading Company is looking for Customer Support (Sales Support) position!

1. Import/Export Operations
- Handle import/export processes.
- Manage the coordination of orders between the Japanese HQs, factories (Japan and other countries), and clients (in Thailand and other Asian countries).

2.Delivery Control
- Communicate with client, factory and HQs, and manage delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Make sure the products are delivered on timely manner.

Note:
-Communication is both through emails and phone calls, in Japanese and English.
-Clients are Japanese, Vietnam and Thailand companies.

3. Internal Coordination/Data input
- Work closely with the sales team to support their activities, including document preparation and order arrangements.
- Input & manage data in the company system (System is in Japanese)
- Coordinate with group factories (no external suppliers involved) and ensure all relevant information is shared.

4. Others
- Perform detailed tasks such as document creation, verification, and internal communication.
- Other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female preferred, age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in science field is preferred
- Must have more than 3 years of working experience in import/export operations
- Obtaining JLPT N2 or above (Everyone in the company can speak good Japanese&English)
*Communication skills is more important than JLPT grad.
- Must have intermediate level in English (used for email communication)
- Advantage if having BOI knowledge (another staff is in charge of BOI)
