Job Purpose
To provide all Isuzu affiliates with sound legal opinions and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To advise all affiliates on various commercial matters and support on a wide range of legal activities. • To draft, review, or amend of simple and complex contracts including other legal documents.
2. To provide prompt and practical strategic advice and effective support all Isuzu affiliates in relation to laws and regulations.
3. To conduct trainings for all Isuzu affiliates and work closely with General Manager and legal team members to develop legal training programs.
4. To handle legal projects as assigned by General Manager or General Counsel.
5. To perform any legal services or tasks as necessary as assigned and required by General Manager and/ or other executives e.g. research, legal bulletin, document control, and contract management etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor or Master Degree in law
- 3 years of relevant experience working in a law firm, or a legal counsel in business environment.
- Having an experience in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating commercial contracts in English.
- Having knowledge in laws and regulations required in business environment such as company, corporate laws, Foreign Business Act, BOI, labor and employment laws, PDPA, and other general business laws.
- Intermediate English (TOEIC scores 650 up).
