-Plan and strategize the sales of furniture products to align with the company's market expansion goals.
-Connect and build relationships with furniture factories, interior contractors, and project clients.
-Analyze market data and conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer base expansion.
-Conduct meetings and present new products to target clients.
-Coordinate with the marketing and production departments to develop promotions and sales plans.
-Negotiate terms and close sales for major projects.
-Provide consultation and advice on product usage to clients.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team to improve and enhance sales efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Any gender, age 30-40 years old.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales management position or a similar role within the furniture or interior decoration industry.
-Able to communicate in English (Intermediate level)
-Knowledge and understanding of the furniture and interior decoration industry, including project work.
-Ability to analyze the market and develop strategic sales plans.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients.
-Ability to travel and visit clients on-site.
-Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
