JOB DETAIL

・QA department target to ensure all customer satisfaction, target quality claim is zero
・Manage complaints resolution, handling internal/external quality audits, corrective actions, preventive actions, and providing reports on the Quality Management System (QMS)
・Check and approve corrective and preventive action for product problem with the concerned managers, to ensure that problem shall be corrected and prevented effectively
・Lead the team for customer complaints/suppliers, and internal quality issue analysis and drive the 7 QC tools reports
・Give recommendations to all subordinates related to Quality System, Product Quality concerned with customer’s applications so that the subordinate shall understand and operate quality work effectively

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・At least 4 years QA engineer in a company with ISO9001
・Good acknowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001
・English Intermediate level (both writing and speaking)
・Knowledge about Metal

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Knowledge of Aluminum
・Knowledge of Metallurgy
・Bachelor or master degree in engineering, Sciences or Industrial fields
