1.Cleaning of buildings and schools before handover
2.Cleaning a temple
3.Cleaning of high brand stores in shopping mall

Due to many projects coming in, they need a supervisor who can oversee the team (5-8 people/team)

[Job description]
1. Supervise and instruct the cleaning team with 5-8 staff.
2. Communicate with Japanese MD, report the issue, listening to his instruction
3. Use floor polishing machine to clean the floor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female preferred, age 33 years old or older
- Having experience in commercial cleaning (**Not Bed making experiences at hotel etc.)
- Lower-Intermediate level of English or Japanese (Need to communicate with Japanese MD)
- Able to use floor polisher
