JOB DETAIL

- Create and execute business development strategies to expand our brand presence in key markets APAC by attract new clients and hotel investors/owners through hotel management agreements
- Develop and tailor pitch decks to suit each prospect owner/investor
- Network with potential clients and partners at industry events, trade shows, and meetings
- Collaborate with feasibility team to provide financial projections for owner and evaluate profitability and ROI of deal
- Manage end-to-end deal contract signing together with legal team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry and market dynamics in the APAC region.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
