• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café and living room facilities to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Manage and coordinate the work of various teams, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer traffic, sales, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage the operational budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team to foster a positive and productive work environment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender ( age between 27-35 years old) – open for young talent
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology for operations management
• Experience in the café or restaurant is advantage
