【Main Duty】
・Work with the Japanese Manager to set up the hotel business.
・Start a hotel management business in a new business department.
・Looking for start-up members as they have just launched the department.

【Job Description】
Management and coordination of the following operations in cooperation with the hotel management company and related companies
・Coordination of front office operations
・Coordination of housekeeping operations
・Coordination of food & beverage (F&B) operations
・Coordination of marketing and sales operations
・Coordination of administrative operations (HR, finance, legal, and safety)
・Coordination of facility management operations
・Coordination of IT systems (reservation systems, guest-facing technologies, and data management)
・Coordination of contractual matters related to other business operations
・Other tasks as assigned

Report to Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 3 years of experience working as an Administrator
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700 UP）
・Ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・Business level of Japanese, English or Chinese
・Those who are willing to work with us for a long period of time to create a business together
・Possesses a sense of hospitality
・Graduated from a Hotel Management faculty
・Has experience in hotel operations (specifically in planning and management, not frontline duties)
・Has experience in launching new business ventures
