JOB DETAIL

1. Order Management:
- Arrange stock ready list and offer to customers.
- Get purchasing orders from customers and arrange delivery from stock ready list or request new production.
2. Sales Support:
- Prepare sample glasses for customers and deliver on due dates to increase sales opportunities.
- Support sales team in preparing sample glasses.
3. Delivery Management:
- Control and follow up transportation prices and report monthly to the superior.
Manage delivery trips to follow daily delivery capacity and negotiate with customers.
- Cooperate with the Delivery Department to follow up delivery arrival times.
4. Service Improvement:
- Follow up service results to improve service as per policy.
- Check selling prices in P/O to match with quotations and report to the superior.
- Reporting and Record Keeping:
- Prepare reports to summarize monthly delivery results compared to targets.
- Prepare payment slips for approval from the superior.
- Control documents to follow the Information Security Policy.
5. Customer Communication:
- Contact customers to make appointments for delivery schedules or optional schedules.
- Negotiate with customers within suitable times.
6. Collaboration:
- Cooperate with Planning (PPIC) for Made-To-Order to check production schedules and cargo ready dates.
- Cooperate with the Sales Team, QA Team, and record in the system to report causes of problems and claim results to customers.
7. General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assignments from the superior to meet yearly targets.
- Check correctness of delivery trips and transportation prices and confirm with the superior for payment approval target.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female
- Age : 20-25 year old
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Open for new graduate
- Internship in Logistics or Order Handling, Customer Service Field. Skill for Microsoft Office
- Has service mind & enthusiasm.
- Toeic 400+ score is preferable
