JOB DETAIL

1. Develop and supervise financial policies and financial processes to be correct.
2. Prepare and present financial reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
3. Estimate cash flows and manage liquidity effectively.
4. Monitor and analyze the company's finances to recommend ways to increase profits for the company.
5. Provide low-cost financing and sufficient credit lines for liquidity management with the Company.
6. Provide high-return investments at an appropriate risk level.
7. Determine the credit term and credit limit for each customer together with the sales department.
9. Push for the rating and issuance of corporate debentures.
10. Prepare financial analysis to support investment and business opportunities.
11. Control and prepare the department's budget appropriately.
12. Advise and develop younger members of the team and promote the creation of a culture of development in the department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (35 years old- 45 years old)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields
- 15 years or more of experience in finance with at least 5 years of experience in team management
- Have a very good level of knowledge and understanding in the field of finance.
- Thorough and well-versed in numerical data analysis
- Be able to use programs to work well such as MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- If there is experience in executing debentures, special consideration will be given.
