1. Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service and profitability for the organization.
2. Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.
3. Overall responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and
obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification.
4. Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the factory.
5. Effective liaison with and support and assistance to the whole of the organization.
6. Maintain and improve mechanisms for factory production and activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, processes,
outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
7. Utilize appropriate systems to manage factory production, functions, analysis and documentation.
8. Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of both the factory and the organization as a whole.
9. Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
10.Analyze project plans and recommendations from various agencies. and suggesting safety measures at work to employers
11.Recommend to employers to have a work safety management that is suitable for the workplace and to develop it continuously to be effective.
12.Analyze work to identify hazards including prescribing preventive measures or safe working procedures to be presented to employers
13. Assessing occupational safety risks
14. Determine the policy of using information technology to be in line with the company's operating policy.
15. Control, manage, troubleshoot and maintain computer equipment. to be effective
16. control and supervise the project implementation plan and report the project situation to the management
17. control, supervise, manage projects including analysis to solve project problems

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male gender
2. Age 40 years and over
3. Education at the bachelor's degree level Energy Technology or other branches related
4. Experience in production, manufacturing, planning (Prefer direct experience if possible, the product is Steel for construction)
5. Management experience minimum 3-5 years.
6. Have communication skills
5. Able to use computer, Microsoft Office, Internet

7. Able to drive a car and have a driver's license
