• Plan, control, and monitor the process of producing rubber compounds to ensure it follows the production plan and meets the specified standards.
• Manage work according to the requirements of various departments within the specified time standards.
• Skills in troubleshooting and resolving immediate issues.
• Skills in controlling plans and managing personnel.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Rubber Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a rubber or chemical industrial factory
• Knowledge of rubber manufacturing processes
• Basic knowledge of machinery
• Training in IATF 16949/ ISO9001/ ISO14001
