• Set target, work plan and handle production activity base on KPI.
• Manage workforce according to production line and production plan.
• Analyze production process to determine improvement point to increase
• productivity and minimize loss in process.
• Set KPI for production team regarding company KPI.
• Coordinate with related departments to provide on time production regarding plan.
• Follow up production report and inform Plant General Manager regularly.
• Other tasks/projects assigned by Plant General Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-45 years old / Prefer Male
• Bachelor's degree major in food science/ food technology/ food engineer or related field.
• Experience 6-8 years in production or plant management.
• Can manage staff 400-500 persons.
• Problem analysis and corrective action in production process
• Work experience with chicken further processing will be advantage.
• Possess management leadership abilities and communication skills with the ability to
• engage and motivate staff and colleagues.
• Decision making and problems solving skills.
• PC literate.
• Good English communication.
• Can work night shift.
