JOB DETAIL

Job Purpose
Touch point of supporting Sales and Marketing for achieving the company goals by promptly data
providing and cooperating with all related departments (internal/ external)

1. Facilitate and distribute official Price List/ Contracts/ Payment term/ DBs information periodically.
1.1 Managing and preparing the important data/ information to be kept internally or distributed externally as scheduled.
1.2 Maintain and provide official data for reference to related departments.

2. To monitor the data summary including Monthly Reports, Weekly reports, Daily reports, and significant reports.
2.1 Supporting the senior management team to keep recording and monitoring the achievement of sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
2.2 Prepare reports for all activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance.

3. Support and collaborate with DBs for developing parts business in their particular country.
3.1 Regularly understand DB/ End user's Market climate and DB company profile by a particular country or for new business initiatives.
3.2 Strengthen business relationships with DB/End-user customers.

4. To coordinate with related departments (internal and external)
4.1 Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing in all existing products to support sales and Distributors for marketing expansion.
4.2 Participate in related meetings on concern topics.
4.3 Controlling system administrator including registration for internal and external.

5. To participate in the improvement/ project training of internal and external.
5.1 Participate in project training or improvement plan.
5.2 Coaching each other and training colleagues in various systems/ multi skills.

6. To monitor the administration job including PR, Billing Reimbursement, Annual souvenirs etc.
6.1 Monitor and control the process of each administrator job.
6.2 Process flow requirements and analyze all cooperative working of the supply chain team.

7. Other assignment/ Initiatives project.
7.1 Leads and participates in strategic projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in a related industry.

2. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.

3. Knowledge - Theory / Procedure
- Knowledge of construction business or related.
- Understanding of business strategy planning.

4. Language / Computer Skills
- Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate Level of English
- Advance in computer applications such as MS Office, Access, Power BI

5. Soft Competencies

- Problem-solving.
