Customer Relations Executive
Direct Report to Thai Manager
Product: Industrial Gas

1. Manage order placement and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on time and accurate product and service delivery.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that customers’ queries,requests and complaints has been addressed and response timely.
3. Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers and resolve any issues that arise to maintain and improve customers satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. Required minimum 3 yeas mof experience as Customer Relations, Sales Coordinator or Customer
Services from *manufacturing companies (If have direct experience in chemical industry or industrial product is an advantage).
4. Experience in using SAP for ordering process.
5. Proficient in Excel.
6. Intermediate level of English.
7. Able to work in on every other Saturdays.
