•Manage and review all finance and accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Fixed assets, Inventory, Costing, and Taxation.
•Managing and reviewing the balance sheet reconciliation to ensure that all reconciliations are complete and accurate.
•Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing including managing reports.
•Strong knowledge in Cash flow management, Loan facilities management and FX management**
•Providing advice to the team/other teams about accounting information, tax regulations, and administration.
•Review transaction amortize prepaid/ fixed assets transaction and Bank reconcile before closing financial statement on time
•Review VAT report PP.30 ,WHT PND3,PND53 on time and prepare data for tax refund
•Coordinate with Auditor Prepare data for Financial Statement haft-year and final audit
•Prepare file Corporate Income Tax form and submit PND 50 and Deferred tax to the Revenue Department
and Financial statement and submission to DBD
•Coodinate with KMPG for transfer pricing report
•Coordinate with Audit and prepare report achive full operation certificate of BOI ,Coordinate BOI officer /external audit and consultant team
•Prepare cash flow monitoring Report and Prepare document for Change and closing authorize bank
•Prepare Monthly ,Quarter Financial statement report and Prepare Budget Report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female
- Age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance
- English communication skill (communication level)
- Experince more than 3-5 years in Japanese or other foreign companies
- Experience in managing at least 1-2 subordinates.
- Strong knowledge in Cash flow management, Loan facilities management and FX management
- Having SAP knowledge is a must
