• Managing, Supervising the day-to-day operation of the accounting team (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset, Inventory).
• Cashflow projection for both the current month and quarterly.
• Review fixed asset physical count, prepare write off assets list and monitoring and controlling of the assets register and account reconciliations.
• Review inventory physical count, prepare for the evaluation of inventory and monitoring and controlling inventory related with the regulation.
• Maintain and improve company accounting matters.
• Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting transactions.
• Maintenance and booking accrued expense, Prepaid expense on time.
• Review statutory financial statements to ensure that it’s accurate an in compliance with Tax regulation. (PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.30, PP.36, PND.50, PND.51, Disclosure Form & DBD E-Filing)
• Liaising with Internal and external audit.
• Experience all about bank transaction, short-term loan, long-term loan, interest, internet banking, Forward contract.
• Review, update and support to follow up Account Receivable (AR) to be collection on due.
• Complete Monthly and Yearly Financial Report package.
• Report Consolidated date to HQ-Japan every Quarterly.
• Clear any issue on SAP B1 in concern data impact Financial Statement.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in ACC&FIN Major.
• Minimum 10 years concrete professional knowledge in general accounting and finance.
• Familiar with financial and tax related laws and regulations.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated, and deadline driven.
• Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good teamwork spirit.
• Experience in import, export & customs processes.
• Experience preparing document of Transfer Pricing (Local File). Start working immediately is advantage.
• Able to close financial statements and CPD license is a must.
