JOB DETAIL

■Porpose:To develop strong organization grobaly, from HR aspects.
Manage whole phase(Planning - Operation)
*Manage both HRM & HRD

■Detail
・HR Planning
- Develop strategy about whole HR function with ASEAN HR manager
*This position, start from supporting manager
*Making strategy ASEAN wide(Thai, Singapore, Malaysia), and China, India branch
*Plan to use consulting firm and work together too.

・Promote Innovation
-Execute HR-innovation. Responsible at Thai branch.
-At first, mainly focus on updating Labor regulations, evaluation system, and salary structure.
In the future, will provide education support for internal staff for skill advancement.

・Operation
-Hold 1on1 follow-up MTG with internal staff
*Will talk with all staff inside Thai branch.
Follow up with them and get an idea of how can make company better

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Thai male or female, age up to 45 years old
・At least 3 years experience at Human Resource department
・Japanese intermediate level(N3-N1)
*To work closely with Chinese Manager, can speak Japanese language well
*Chinese & English intermediate level speaker with no Japanese language skill, can also apply.

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Corporate with oversea branch
・Work as leader/manager
・Ever manage whole HR function
・Ever manage whole process (Planning phase to Operation phase)
・Ever work at Manufacturing company
