• Leading business development team in Thailand including conventional and renewable power development for commercial and industrial sectors, energy platform implementation for industrial estates. Developing other related business that align with short to long-term strategy of company.
• Leading team of greenfield and brownfield projects development for merger and acquisition, joint partnering, and that align with business direction in Thailand.
• Initiate and propose new business models and opportunities along the power business value chain to create new area of opportunities for sustainable expansion in Thailand.
• Developing network, working, liaising and communicating with government institutions and other stakeholders on regulation requirements for socio-economic, environmental, land acquisition, technical and other aspects necessary to facilitate project development.
• Review all relevant and critical elements of projects under responsibility, including but not limited to analyze and select the best technical configurations, partners, contractors, that suitable for company’s strategies and customers’ needs.
• Identify key risk factors and propose mitigation plan of each project under responsibility from business development perspective and report to risk assessment meeting.
• Prepare all required project documents in compliance with applicable internal/external processes and regulations.
• Lead team to analyze financial projection, prepare, and monitor projects’ budgets, expenses as well as provide information to accommodate progress reports which may require.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 38 - 45 years old
• Master’s degree in related field i.e. engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineering), MBA, or other related fields with GPA 2.75
• At least 10 years working experience in the development of energy projects
• Experience in business transactions and project development of renewable energy and large-scale power projects
• Experience with technical, financial, economic, and legal aspects of business transactions
• Background in feasibility study and due diligence process
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Managerial role in energy business is a plus
• Analytical Thinking, Effective Communication, Negotiation
• Business level of English at least TOEIC scored 700 (The expired version can apply)
