- Analyze loans, ensure proper alignment with investment needs, and guide adherence to loan agreements for effective debt management.
- Ensure equity repayment matches investment needs, following regulations accurately and comprehensively for efficient equity management.
- Allocate project funds strategically to support company plans in project finance investment.
- Manage long-term loan portfolio efficiently, including proposing suitable financial tools for risk and cost management.
- Analyze financial market data and company structure for potential refinancing, coordinating funding sources for optimal results.
- Coordinate with financial institutions/advisors, selecting suitable options aligning with company requirements.
- Analyze financial performance from mergers/acquisitions for informed management decisions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, 33-38 years old
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Management, or Economics GPA 3.00 up
- 8 years of experience in energy industry, finance, banking, and/or accounting.
- Has experience in funding, long-term loan function.
