JOB DETAIL

Number of Subordinate: 3 accounting staffs (All female)
Report to Asst. General Manager (Thai)

1. Responsible for month & year end closing procedure and budgeting support establishing internal controls.
2. Manage and control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation run smoothly i.e. AP, AR, cost account, general ledger, fixed assets, and taxes.
3. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
4. Check the difference of accounting data between excel report and data in the accounting system.
5. Calculate key estimation account (Employee benefit, inventory, NRV for Inventory *Net Realizable Value (NRV) มูลค่าสุทธิ evaluating asset's value, impairment of asset, etc.
6. Coordinate with Revenue Department & BOI officer / advisor, external audit.
7. Assist in year-end financial audit activities and annual account closing i.e. Corporate income tax (PND51, PND50) & BOI & Deferred Tax, etc.
8. Handle 'Financial Statement & Submission to DBD.
9. Maintain Financial & Security according to corporate financial controls audit.
10. Other tasks as assigned by report line.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Prefer female. Age over 45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
3. More than 10 years of work experience in accounting field from manufacturing company with proven experience of month & year end closing, financial statement analysis, budgeting, cashflow management.
4. At least 3 years in management level with subordinate.
5. Intermediate level of English
6. Able to work 5 Saturdays per year depends on company's calendar.
