JOB DETAIL
1. Manage End-to-End recruitment process and payroll.
2. Prepare and maintain HR records, ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
3. Knowledge of employments legislation.
4. Responsible for welfare and benefits for employees such as health insurance, group accident
5. Submit PND1 and SSO
6. Assisting with work permit and visa application for staff, labor approvals for work permit.
7. Experience in HRD, training and development would be an advantage
8. Liaison with third parties, industrial parks, and government officials (for Starting up business)
9. Preparation of various document for registering and set up company
10. Preparation documents and application for BOI, CAAT and Customs
11. Supervise all general affairs activities in an office such as maid, driver, utilities, facilities, Stationery, uniform and visitors
12. Support staff about insurance, flight tickets, vehicles, accommodation, hotels or apartment.
13. Reporting to management team on other related tasks
14. Handle other duties by management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or Female, Age 35-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in related fields
• At least 5-7 years working experience in HR or GA manager.
• Hard working, Detail-oriented, Good management skill
• Good in verbal, written and communication skills of English with Toeic Score 700+ would be an advantage
