• Development of Package air conditioners (Ducted / Cassette etc.) at development Gr, design refrigeration cycles of package air conditioner and manage team task.
• Design: Consider select base model and adjust specifications to meet the standards, regulations, and requirements of the sales region. calculate forecast spec and test actual set.
• Adjustment of operating parameters of the refrigeration cycle refer.
• Adjustment of display specifications to comply with standards.
• development of new refrigeration cycle parts
• Test performance, reliability, debug of the system
• Make documents for development (specifications, design documents, review, application, Drawing etc.)
• Allocate team members workloads and consider to adjust process/plan.
• Check and review with team manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 26-33 years old
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a product development group for air conditioners, etc.
• project management and guidance of subordinates
• (experience in work assignment and schedule management as a team leader, etc.)
• Experience in development using refrigeration cycle related technologies
• (especially for air conditioning companies)
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle of air conditioners (reading air diagrams and Moriel diagrams)
• Experience in evaluation of air conditioners
• Experience in event handling and review of development work
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
• Experience working for a Japanese company
• Knowledge of CAD 2D/3D
• Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations for air conditioners in various countries around the world
• Experience in designing in accordance with international safety standards (IEC 60335, etc.)
