Product: Industrial Water Pipe (Hot & Cool Water)
Sales Area: Bangkok and nearby provinces (ปริมณฑลฯ), Chonburi, Rayong, etc.

1. Achieve sales target volume and revenue of assigned accounts at maximum profitability by executing value-based selling strategy, market penetration strategy, project management.
2. Identify project pipeline, sales opportunities and challenges and come up with action plans to promote company’s product line.
3. Expand sales coverage by acquiring new client and maintain good business relationship with existing clients to build up loyalty to secure sales volume and profitability.
4. Apply discipline sales execution towards customer development with planning annually/monthly/weekly/daily activities with clear objectives to ensure productive sales performance.
5. Prepare quotations and monitors progress of customer order and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Introduce and implement new products to market/target customers to achieve a business roadmap.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering related field from public universities. (Connections Purpose)
3. At least 3 years of work experience as Sales Engineer for system work such as electrical systems, plumbing systems, air conditioning system (for buildings of both private & governmental project) with direct experience approaching contractors/construction projects planners.
4. *Prefer candidate with strong business relationship/business connections with contractors/construction projects planners.
5. Intermediate Level of English.
6. Required personal car & driver license.
7. Able to work on every other Saturdays. (2 Saturdays for the month that has 4 Saturdays, 3 Saturdays for the month that has 5 Saturdays)
NOTE: Flexible work hours (Able to manage work schedule, visiting schedule)
