JOB DETAIL

Reporting to : General Manager

1. Handle recruitment and onboarding arrangements including the new hire orientation program.
2. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
3. Control staffs' probation period and job description.
4. Responsibilities in Human Resource & Administration works.
5. Handle all works concerned with Department of Skill Development.
6. Coordinate In-house Training Tasks and any other training both in-house and public.
7. Control and monitor HR & Admin staff and all works concerned such as Gardener, Housekeeper, Security guard, etc.
8. Coordinate legal matter with company lawyer for application for legal permit/license, also contact with government office such as Labour Dept.
9. Handling monthly payroll and compensation and benefits to outsource.
10. Coordinate with other internal division incoulding Head Office (BR).
11. To set budget and control Admin Expenses.
12. Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations such as ISO 9001:2000, (22000 - new version), energy saving, and environment ISO 14000 etc.
13. It's understood that the employee is responsible to keep all information, data, records, photo, etc. of the company confidential and will not expose to a 3rd party outside, or within the company (not related) without the approval of the dept. head or management.
14. Other tasks following supervisor's assignment or company policy.

Performance Indicator:
1. Employee recruitment 100% with the qualifications within 60 days
2. Training on plan 100%
3. % monthly payroll and compensation and benefits report error = 0
4. % Internal Customer Satisfaction

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR and General Affairs roles, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment at least 5 years.
• Working experience in the food industry is highly preferred
• Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
