・You will be assigned to QC/QA section as a QC/QA Engineer（Japanese Speaking）.

[Job Description]
-Handling customer complaints and enquiries
-Interpreting and translating customers' complains from Japanese to Thai
-Interpreting and translating quality related inquiries from customers in Thailand and overseas
⁻Preparation of report materials for customers (Japanese, Thai). -Examination of causes of complaints and countermeasures
-Customer process audit support services
-Interpretating and translating for oversea customers during process audits
-Quality Improvement
-Trial production work related
-Checking the appearance inspection results and dimensional measurement results to confirm trends. If any problems are detected, feedback will be provided to the FA department.
-Reviewing designs
-Support for in-process inspections
-Support work for process managers (supervisors, foreman).
-Other tasks assigned by managers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Thai Female, Age 28-40 years old
・Bachelor degrees in any
・Interpretation/translation experience in the manufacturing industry
・Must have JLPT N2 or above
・Experience in handling customer complaints
・Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance. (Example: Understanding the seven QC tools, understanding problem solving methods, basic knowledge of SPC)
・Experience in handling customer process audits.
・Understanding the process of manufacturing prototypes.
・Experience with in-process quality control.
・Experience in measuring dimensions using some kind of dimension measuring equipment, and experience in analyzing defective products using various analytical instruments.
・Must have knowledge about ISO9001 requirements and ISO14001 requirements.
