JOB DETAIL

1. Collaborate closely with the sales department to understand sales goals and requirements, and develop corresponding annual and monthly marketing strategies and activities.
2. Plan, organize, and execute offline and online marketing activities, including exhibitions, conferences, promotional events, etc., to enhance brand exposure and market share.
3. Establish communication and collaboration with the customer marketing team, jointly plan and execute online and offline activities, ensure smooth execution of activities, and provide timely market information to seek cooperation opportunities.
4. Adjust website SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies, analyze monthly website performance reports provided by media agencies, and generate website analysis reports based on website operations.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, collect information about local competitors and market activities organized by clients, and regularly share and discuss promotion opportunities with sales personnel.
6. Prepare monthly marketing reports, analyze and summarize marketing activities and sales strategies, and provide improvement suggestions.
7. Identify suitable advertising opportunities and develop advertising channel strategies.
8. Manage local gift procurement and management.
9. Manage and track local marketing expenses.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with a preference for candidates with team management experience.
3. Fluent English communication skills, with a preference for candidates who are proficient in Chinese.
4. Familiarity with marketing strategy development and execution, including market research, brand promotion, event planning, etc.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on time.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
8. Innovative thinking and market insights, with the ability to propose creative marketing solutions.
