- Research and approach potential clients
- Generate leads through industry events and networking
*Maintain and Expand Relationships with Existing Clients

- Identify and propose new business opportunities
- Build and manage partnerships
*Market Research and Analysis
- Track industry trends
- Conduct competitor analysis and create reports
*Internal and External Coordination
- Collaborate with other staff (farmer extension team)
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders
- Agricultural Extension and Marketing Strategies
- Planning and Strategy of strategic brands and their adoption to Local level Regional/Territory wise
promotional input Budgeting
- Planning and distribution of extension Inputs Region/territories. Watch competitors' markets
- Framing the key product monitoring their implementation
- Communications and Sales Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7 years' Experience in direct farm sales or working within the agricultural community.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the agricultural sector).
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
