JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for full functions of Human Resource and Administration
• Proceed full function payroll jobs
• Plan for recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized
• Implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies a
• procedures
• Managing various administration jobs such as those relating to stationery control, the
• maid, security guards and driver
• Handling and monitoring about visa and work permit for Japanese staffs
• Other related duties as required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female between 37-42 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Management of HR and Administration level
• Have experience in Payroll full function
• Have knowledge of labour law
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Good command of English language
• Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player
• Communication skills, training skill and service mind
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Based in Ayutthaya, Thailand
