Position: DX Promotion Department Manager
Department: DX Promotion Dept.
Report directly to Dept. Manager (Thai Nationality, 43 years old)

Job Descriptions:
1. IT Infrastructure Leadership
1.1 Lead the strategic planning and implementation of IT Infrastructure projects. emphasizing the optimization of net work architecture, cloud computing solutions and overall syytem management.
1.2 Guarantee strong system performance, enforce rigorous security protocols and continuously drive 7improvment within the IT infrastructure realm.

2. 'Cybersecurity', 'Business Continuity' and 'IT Governance'
2.1 Oversee the protection of digital assets and information.
2.2 Manage incident response, conduct security audits, and nurture security awareness.
2.3 Lead the CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) adhering to the standards and direct cyber security training initiatives.

3. IT Operation Management
3.1 Oversee daily IT operation and focus on maintaning efficient system functionallity. regular maintenance, and prompt resolutions of incidents.
3.2 Steer change and release management procedure to sustain operational consistency.
3.3 Offer guidance and leadership for critical IT system such as Office365, Active Directory, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management.

4. Regional Leadership for group companies in ASEAN
4.1 Act as the primary leader of the group companies' regional headquarter, overseeing 30 companies.
4.2 Drive regional strategies, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and IT initiatives.

5. Resources Management
5.1 Efficiently manage and allocate resources, encompassing manpower, financial budgets and time.
5.2 Optimize resources utilization to acheive project's milestone and organizational objectives while ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Prefer bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related field.
3. Minimum 10 years of work experience in digital transformation.
4. Upper Intermediate level of English. (For internal communication among group companies in Thailand and ASEAN countries)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar).
