This position is to be in charge of Regulatory Affairs work but also do some QC work as well (main tasks will e in Regulatory affairs).

1. Responsible for document checking and interaction with FDA for food import procedures, including customs clearance
2. Support for quality control staff such as documentation and QC
3. Review import laws and regulations to ensure that processes are in place
4. Quality check of imported food
Check the quality of food such as fish, vegetables and fruits imported into Thailand. 2- 30% of all operations.
(Sometimes visit other province within 1-2 hours by car, and by air)
5. Monitoring the Thai market based on food consumption trends in Thailand.
6. Follow-up of existing and new business partners in Japan and overseas
7.Response to food quality claims
8. Other Related Tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 25-33 years old, any gender.
- 2-3 years of working experience as a Regulatory Affairs Officer is a MUST
- Having working experience in import custom clearance (documentation, import process, and interactions with FDA) is a MUST.
- Having worked as food quality control is highly preferred.
- Having knowledge of importing food laws (FDA, Thai Department of Fisheries).
- Working experience in a Japanese company is highly preferred.
- English proficiency at intermediate level (able to communicate with Japanese expats)
- Bachelor's degree in food/related field
