JOB DETAIL

• Cost reduction design work for air conditioning equipment components (steel, nonferrous, resin, refrigeration parts).
• Execution of development policies and adoption plans, including collaboration with the manufacturing department and participation in supplier surveys.
• Design, evaluation, and examination of components for mass production, with a focus on providing technical support for quality management.
• Tasks include specification confirmation, evaluation planning, execution of evaluations, summarizing results, and conducting reviews to facilitate early adoption.
• Confirmation of the validity of manufacturing quality from suppliers, with guidance provided to ensure process management aligns with technical specifications.
• Creation of related 2D drawings, configuration tables, specification and instruction manual creation, and preparation of specification application documents.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 25-35 Years Old
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical)
• Experience in the field for 2-5 years
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word).
• Intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of materials and parts.
• Development experience related to home appliances, especially in air conditioning equipment companies.
• Knowledge and experience in development event handling, reviews, and work related to manufacturing quality management.
