- Oversee and take responsibility for the production of children's clothing in mass production, from the initial stages to the exportation to storefronts in Japan.
- Coordinate with designers, the Pattern Marker R&D planning team, production team, and distribution team at the headquarters. - Collaborate with factories both locally and internationally for the production of raw materials and goods.
- Control costs to be appropriate and ensure the quality meets standards, including overseeing the complete shipment export process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Proficient in both Japanese and English languages (N2 level and TOEIC 700 and above).
- at lease 5 years of working experience (Prefer in garment/textile industry)
- Possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and effective coordination skills.
- Capable of controlling and organizing tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in problem-solving and capable of working systematically and orderly.
