- Focusing on theEndpoint Detection and Response (EDR) field, Defensive thinking.
- Threat investigation and root cause analysis (from EDR detection)
- Implement and manage EDR products
- EDR agent deployment.
- Support ,consult and troubleshoot related problems/incidents with EDR products
- Cyber security research is challenging.
- Responsible for creating necessary project documents
- Responsible for updating and verifying the team’s documents (work-instruction, KBs. and etc.)
- Learn , research and update new technologies/products for served to customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years experience in IT Field. (System Administrator , IT Support or other).
- 2 years + experience in EDR products such as Crowdstrike , SentinelOne , Paloto Cortex XDR or etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related fields.
- Knowledge and understanding in OS/Application Vulnerabilities and countermeasures.
- Knowledge in centralized software deployment (Active Directory/Group Policy, SCCM or Endpoint Management)
- Knowledge in basic networking skill
- Interest or have passion in cyber security research/defensive related field.
- Service-mind and presentation skill are useful.
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Good reading of English.
- Experience in EDR product is strong advantage.
- Must have can do attitude
